This is private land and as such we take liability risks very serioulys.  Downhill mountain biking is a very dangerous sport.  Waivers must be signed before you visit and we require that you have health insurance to ride here.  Minors parents must mail notorized, signed waivers before minors can ride.  Invitation only and please turn off Strava heat maps while your ride here.
